I. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINOLOGY

1. This document contains the General Terms and Conditions under which operates Chist Co Ltd. with its registered office and seat in Sofia (Stolichna) Municipality, city of Sofia 1700, district of Studentski, r.a. Studentski grad, 7А, Pastar svyat Str., apt. 1 and contact person Dimo Chovaldzhyiski, providing services to Users / Customers at www.moemdanosim.com, hereinafter referred to as "the website". 4. Customer - any User on the Internet Site, who has ordered or purchased goods or services directly through the website, the store or using other forms of contact with the company.

5. The identification of the User / Customer for the purpose of reproducing his / her statement both for acceptance of the General Terms and for the order placed shall be done by storing the User’s / Customer’s IP address as well as any other information.

10. Payments shall be made in BGN including VAT. The price includes product packaging. The price does not include delivery to an address. In case the goods are shipped outside the territory of the country, the User / Customer shall pay all customs and other export related charges.

11. Chist Co Ltd. reserves its right to refuse delivery of a confirmed contract in case the goods are not available. If the ordered goods are not available, Chist Co Ltd. shall inform the User / Customer within three working days of its missing by sending a message to the e-mail address, specified by the Client or to the specified telephone number. If a transfer is made, the customer will be able to choose between a refund or a replacement order.

II. DELIVERY

12. Immediately upon delivery of the goods to the customer / courier, Chist Co Ltd. shall be exempted from the risk that is transferred to the User / Customer. The User / Customer bears the full risk of damage / loss of goods upon delivery by courier. Chist Co Ltd. is not responsible for the delay in case the delay is due to a courier or other supplier. After delivery, the goods should be carefully examined by the User / customer or his authorized representative. In case of damage, torn package or other claims, they should be reported immediately to Chist Co Ltd. In the event that any damage resulting from the transportation of the goods is established, Chist Co Ltd. shall not be liable for the goods.

13. Upon delivery of the goods, the User / Customer or third party shall sign the accompanying documents. In the case of incorrect or improper address given, contact person and / or telephone when submitting the order, Chist Co Ltd. is not bound by any obligation to execute the order.

14. In case of refusal of the customer to pay the goods upon receipt by a representative of Chist Co Ltd. or upon delivery by courier, the same may be returned if the integrity of the packaging is not damaged. The costs of delivery and return of the goods shall be paid by the Customer. In the event that the Client is not found within the deadline for the delivery at the delivered address or no access and conditions for the delivery of the goods are provided within that period, Chist Co Ltd. shall be released from its obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase.

15. The customer may request that the delivered goods be replaced before delivery. The costs for any replacement at the time of delivery or after delivery shall be at the expense of the customer, as long as the product packaging is not damaged.

16. In case of default under a contract on part of Clean Co Ltd., the company will return the money to the User, who will submit his or her request for return of payment by written declaration.

III. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER/CLIENT

17. The parties to the following General Terms and Conditions shall be Chist Co Ltd. and any User who uploads the website. The User / Customer has the opportunity to browse, register, inform and contract the advertised goods on the on-line store at www.moemdanosim.com.

20. Every User, whether a client of Chist Co Ltd. or not, shall be obliged in the use of the services:
- To comply with the stated general terms and conditions of each offer when making a purchase, thus concluding a contract with the provider of service or the goods - Clean Co. Ltd.;
- To provide accurate information (address, telephone number, company data, etc.) for feedback;
- To pay the delivery costs and to provide access and opportunity to receive the goods;
- To comply with the Bulgarian legislation, the applicable foreign laws, the rules of morality and good morals and the Internet ethics when using the services provided by Clean Co. Ltd.;
- Not to commit any malicious acts and not to violate other people's property or non-property rights and interests;
- To immediately notify Chist Co Ltd. of any case of committed breach or an established breach when using the services provided;
- To indemnify Chist Co Ltd. and all third parties for the harm and loss of benefits in connection with web sites, hyperlinks, materials or information that the User has used, placed on the server, sent, distributed, accessible through www.moemdanosim.com in violation of the law, these General Terms and Conditions, the Good Manners or Internet Ethics;
- Not to distribute or use in any way whatsoever and not to make available to third parties any software, computer programs, files, applications or other materials, containing computer viruses / other undetermined;
21. All materials (including the software) and all services on this site shall be limited to the terms and conditions set forth herein, without warranty of any kind, including commercial or targeted, as well as intellectual property rights.

27. Chist Co Ltd., upon receipt of the payment, undertakes to transfer to the User / Customer the ownership of the goods ordered and purchased from the company and deliver the goods ordered within the respective time limits.

29. Chist Co Ltd. has the right to collect and use information relating to its Users / Customers, whether or not they are registered.

Chist Co Ltd. shall collect and use the information to improve the services provided. All the purposes for which Chist Co Ltd. will use the information will be in compliance with the Bulgarian legislation, applicable international acts and good manners.

36. The User / Customer has no right to display or send from or to this website any illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or other information that is in violation of Bulgarian law. Chist Co Ltd. will not store customer-related information, except as required by law and will not provide such information to third parties.

VI. CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS

VII. PAYMENT TERMS

38. By bank transfer, upon the issue of an electronic invoice by Chist Co Ltd. It lists the bank details, required to make the payment. By direct cash payment after issuing a cash-register receipt. By collect on delivery/cash on delivery (C.O.D.), payment is made by courier.

VIII. OTHER PROVISIONS

ANY CLAIMS on the movers’ (loading and unloading) and transport services shall be accepted at the moment after the completion of the service and before the departure of the workers, performing the service at the site/address. For regular customers up to 8 hours after the end of the service. Any absence or damage to property / belongings is also considered as a claim on the service rendered. Claims are accepted only by companies or persons who have purchased the service, against a completed form of claim or mailed Statement of Claim. Third-party claims are not acceptable.

42. No return rights are offered for products / merchandise that may deteriorate its quality or have a short shelf life, products that may not be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that were opened upon delivery.
